Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, it is our policy not to issue a refund on any purchases made. However, we are happy to ensure customer satisfaction by offering replacements for those orders that do not meet our customer’s expectations.

Alternatively, we might offer free upgrades on future orders or a store credit. Please call us to request help with an order if you are dissatisfied. Some restrictions may apply.

The maximum liability of any purchase is the total value of the purchase. We reserve the right to not issue refunds, redeliveries, credits, etc. at our sole discretion.


Return & Refund Policy

Glamour Lounge is responsible and guarantee a refund for cases where:

Cancelling or Changing Order once the payment is made is not Acceptable!

* Items we delivered to you in error.
* Items which were damaged upon delivery or are defective or incorrect.
* Items which are substitutes for items originally ordered which we were unable to supply.

You are responsible for keeping such items safe and taking reasonable care of them until such items are returned to us.

Glamour Lounge is not responsible and does not guarantee a refund for cases where:

* Items have already been shipped and received by the recipient.
* Items are delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
* Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
* Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
* Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
